Back to the 130's, just barely, but hopefully will stay there. I don't want to see 140's again, but we'll see how things go. I set my alarm to work out this morning and shut it off and fell back to sleep. Oops! This evening I have to work on cleaning the house up and arranging our bedroom for an appraiser to snoop through our house, so I know I won't get my workout in then, but I'll try to stick to it the rest of the week. Tomorrow I finally go see the gastro, so hopefully he can give me some relief from my stomach issues, then workouts will be much easier. I'm doing better though with workouts and eating, so progress is being made. Slowly but surely I'll get back down, it's a process.
