I was very bad this weekend. I will try harder. I went to Ihop and had red, white, and blue pancakes and cleaned my plate. boy was it good!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

LOL, twice this month I had over 2300 calories. I loved it. It was h KETO but way a avoid my calorie ceiling. I'll probably do it again!!!! 💜💙💚

2300 calories, that sounds a lot, hahaha probably I eat more some days but when I know I am going to overeat I prefer better do not count calories to avoid my stress about it later
