Well, this morning I had a slight headache when I awoke but decided to ignore it and it went away.

Very tired still today. Had a horrible time when I got home last night. Decided to sleep in this morning and get some rest that was long overdue and skip the makeup, exercise, and contacts today and I am very glad that I did. I need a day to really recuperate from my intensity of the past week and to try and rest. Having a hard time staying on task today in general, but I suppose it doesn't really matter. I have Monday off so I have plenty of time to work on various projects and things. I'm looking forward to the long weekend.

From this morning's weigh in, I see my inability to stick to my carb levels over the last couple days has negatively affected my weight loss, but today I WILL be back on track. I again went a little overboard with the vegetables last night with leftovers from the night before, but at least it wasn't as bad as Wednesday. In any case, back to prepared meals at home tonight and it should be much improved.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
