25 lbs to go!!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know I haven't followed my diet very well (with sickness in my house and Valentine's day)..lower carbs, sodium, no refined sugars(lower then my normal)..although I have maintained I need to get back with the DRIVE and HEART to LOOSE this weight..I think I can..I know I can with GOD"S HELP!!!

I am not a huge fan of Atkins (seen too many fam mbrs loose and then gain)..but I am thinking I like others attitudes on this challenges..giving up processed foods..so I plan on trying this challenge and incorportating veggies and fruits too..within reason :) To change my way of eating for good..not a diet and healthy change of life. Oh and add more excerising to my agenda too!!
