I'm trying not to be discouraged. As long si am trying I should get there eventually, right? I worked out hard yesterday. But otherwise sat around. I was very snacky yesterday and I did have a bunch of salty tortilla chips. I may just be retaining water. I also needed to be more careful with logging my food. I know I'm slacking on that and probably missing sight. I want to go back and look at my meals From when I was doing well. I'm pretty sure um heavy on the carbs. I think I had them with every meal, which is a no no. I think ill try banning carbs from dinner. I should try to kick up my cardio. I usually get in half an hour.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Many times after the initial "honeymoon" phase of a diet, people slack. Find a way to renew your motivation. Get some fitness magazines, take a new class, a new workout dvd, anything to get you moving. Spring is coming. Kick your butt in to gear and get excited about the new you. You can do it.
