two days left till my weekly weigh in. At this point I would have lost 1 pound. I want to make it my goal to get under 190 by next weeks weigh in. That is a perfectly reasonable goal. I am ready to really crank up the effort. The last few days have been rough. My fatigue has been bad and my body aches with it. after resting most of the day yesterday I was finally able to get up and do a gentle 30 minutes on the elliptical. I did not use the interval setting like I usually do. But honestly it did feel like it helped to reduce my stress and anxiety, which I really needed.
In Winning By Losing, she suggests doing your strength training before your cardio work out, so I am going to try that. I would like to try the workout schedule that is in that book but some of it requires equipment that I do not have at home.
I remembered to take my supplements last night and I hope to be more committed with them.
