pisces19's Journal, 15 February 2012

Yesterday was a very busy, and at times, overly emotional day. I had a headache when I awoke again yesterday, but it was slight and I decided to ignore it and see if it went away. I took my regular meds and while I was working out my nose started running and after that my headache went away and I felt fine. Not sure what that is about, but ok with me!

Had kind of a bad night last night. Since Tyson was working, I was trying to run around and get all of my errands done last night so I did not have to do them today, and we could spend time together and celebrate Valentine's since we are both off of work. I was also shopping for his gift and my mother's birthday gift as well as a few things for the house that were needed. Long story short, I ended up staying out until 10, throwing both my sleep and activities schedule completely out of wack. Not to mention I ate out instead of cooking which is something I have been attempting to avoid doing. Then to make it worse, Tyson wanted to visit with me for a while when I got home so I didn't get to sleep until 11:30 and was totally exhausted at that point.

There was an important lesson in all that though. No matter what appointments tasks or plans I have, if I am going to continue my health efforts, I need to be home in the evening no later than 8 PM, on a regular basis. Barring special circumstances of course.

I have a late start on things today since I was too exhausted to drag myself out of bed this morning at 5 and have been moving a bit slower today, but I am on task and looking forward to spending the afternoon with my sweety!
