A new low and definitely going in the right direction despite all the fluctuations in this post-holiday, PMT week. I'm delighted.
Also I'm feeling much better this morning - it's a lovely sunny day, school work is going well, and I'll be off out soon for a walk, shopping and a haircut.
Still no 'movement' mind, but hopefully that'll come!

It's good to see you on track. Movements will come, sooner or later. You're doing so goooooood! You're almost there. After you reach goal, then what?

Well actually, KK, I may lower my goal, 1kg at a time, as I still have some weight on my thighs etc that I'd like to lose. I'll keep it in small steps down to about 54k as I don't want to look like a scrawny old bird, but at the moment that's not the case. We'll see how it goes.
