I weighed in on Friday and came in at 254 again. This past week I have been yoyo'ing from 258 to 254 and back again. Official weigh in this morning and I was back to 254. My goal is to get to 240 by the end of the month.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
