Its been a rough couple of days. Despite losing weight slowly, I don't see a huge difference in my body and at this rate, idk if I'll be able to bring myself to wearing a bikini in public in 3 weeks. I'm just feeling demotivated and disappointed at my progress so far. I wish there were a way to just melt fat from my love handles. Lol.
148.4 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know about the bikini, but you are doing pretty amazing. You are losing at a great rate, and you may not notice the change in your body, but I bet others do. You should be proud of yourself. Kick up your exercise program and you may see some great result in 3 weeks. Lot's of protein, fruits and veggies. Good luck!

Thanks Suzi. I appreciate the encouragement and kind words. I'm going to focus on really eating better for the next few weeks and adding another workout like yoga to my routine to really try to tone and strengthen my body. I just don't want to be completely disgusted with myself and embarrassed at the beach :(
