kingkeld's Journal, 05 February 2012

It's Sunday, it's post-indulgence day.

It's also family time, as we're just gonna hang at home, enjoy ourselves, watch tv-shows and movies and enjoy Sunday time.

I am planning on spending quite some time on the exercise bike today, while watching movies. I also plan on doing some kinect stuff. Let's see what the day brings.

My stomach is SO much better! I'm much more "regular".

I can also tell, that my weight is crawling back towards where I'm supposed to be - I made it through Indulgence Day without going above 80 kgs! :)

Yesterday I tried to do wise choices for an Indulgence Day along with having some goodies since it's my day for stuff like that. I did - in the end - feel that I over ate and that I made some bad choices along the way, but in the end it was okay.

Today, I gotta do really good - I want to prove to myself that I am REALLY on track and do good.

Have a great Sunday, friends, cause LIFE IS GOOD!

Life is good for sure! Glad things are still moving in the right direction :D I've been debating between an xbox/kinect combo and a wii for my birthday present to me. Since you have an xbox, any thoughts? Glad you're putting family time first today. Have fun!

Yay for indulgence day without going over 80kg! Enjoy your quiet day. I have listened again to the first part of the mindfulness class, and will give it a go.

Dani, DEFINITELY go for Kinect. It works great, no remotes, and you're super free to do the games. On the Wii, you're still locked to remotes, and the board if you're doing Wii Fit. The Kinect games we've tried has been pretty fun, too.

Yeah.... Great news, being below you 80kg benchmark.... Even with some iffy choices :-)

Hi Keld! I woke up early this morning and thought I would come visit you since you are already into your day. :) Hubby is healed and back to work. I am sorry you had tummy probs but glad you are "moving" again. I noticed you are giving up your ice cream and chocolate. This has been my night time snack too... and I know I need to give it up, too. Have a great Sunday with your lovely family. Hugs!

Chocolate and ice cream are truly the works of Satan. LOL. I love them both so much, and they are oh, so addictive and oh so bad. Why does it have to be like this? I try to not go nuts with it, and at least make the better choices when I have them, but it's tough. The low cal ice cream is a great substitute, but I wish I could simply just not crave it. I don't see myself ever fully giving it up, though - just try to do okay with it.

Sazy, welcome back. I hope you find "head room" enough to get back in the game here. Sometimes, we're doing other things than attending to buddies, but we're all still here when you come back. I enjoy our talks. :)

Some days are easier than others. Enjoy your Sunday at home and just keep yourself busy ... you'll do fine!!!

Actually, this Sunday has been SUPER easy. I had a lot of little tasks to attend to, thus keeping my mind occupied with other things than food. I have exercised LITERALLY ALL MORNING, and I am well within my RDI, even with post dinner dessert when we're gonna watch tonight's movie. It's been an awesome day.

Way to go!! The bad choices don't have to be 100% bad, either. Blue Bunny makes a WICKED fudgecicle that is sugar free. Chocolate AND ice cream together as God intended... LOL Happy Sunday!
