I started taking SAM-e and Vitex yesterday. They both should help to balance out my hormones. The SAM-e is supposed to help with my depression and energy levels. I can tell my good Wessel is over and my body is allowing down. I was very tired yesterday. I dozed on the couch with pookie all morning. The upside is that I didn't east much yesterday. I had 2 Salads. This morning I made scrambled eggs with while grain toast. I think I'm going to avoid red meat for a while. My energy does not feel great but I am going to try to work out allot today.
