Well I Looked back at my records to try and figure or what I'm doing wrong. The last time I had a decent loss I only consumed about 1150Cal and allot of that was salad. So I weevil try to do that again. I got back on my scale to record my bmi and body fat percentage. If my scale is right, my fast is 39% and my bmi is 29.1 I think. I know the fat is higher than I'd like. I don't remember what my goal bmi was. I will jabber to look it up. I should do my body measurements soon too.
