I've learned that I need to take smaller portions of brown rice, avoid the chedder jack cheese, and that I an weak when it comes to free food. I went to Costco yesterday and was here's against the free samples. I ate things I shouldn't have and my cravings started kicking in last night. I feel a bit defeated sinceI have a pound gain since yesterday, but I sill have a loss of .4 since last Saturday. So I guess I should be happy to have any loss at all. I want to start taking my Measurements every Saturday as well.
