Things are looking good. I lost 3 lbs so I am well on my way. I hope nothing changes. I do recall I lost 8 lbs in 4 days then ordered a pizza because I thought I was losing weight too fast but I am going to tough it out this time. I won't be alarmed with 8 lbs in 4 days but i don't know if that'll happen again.

Today's walk

7.23 miles
290.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week

Please don't order pizza. :) You're doing great. When you find your groove, stick to it. If you lose weight "too fast", your body will adjust. You don't need to do it. Not yet, at least. Just do what you see is working.
