Bad news... I broke my leg on Wednesday. I only had 15 lbs to go too. Glad I walked 9.4 miles on Tuesday. Now it's time to see how fast I can recover. This is a huge set back.

Well I took last week off partly because I wasn't able to walk and if I don't walk in the mornings then I don't do anything as far as exercising goes. Anyway I started back up this week. It's back to sandwiches and salads til I get down into the 270's.
Today's walk;
7.5 miles

Just popping in to say I can't walk til 2/17. I have classes to take and they are all day. I'll walk come this Friday.

I think I'm in too much of a rush to get to that weight that I want. I can't walk on Wednesday or Thursday but that's ok. I'll just have to work harder the next week.
