Well it's good to know I can go a week with out doing any exercise, eat at buffets,restaurants and not gain any weight well not gain a lot of weight (1 lb). Last week I walked a total of 6.47 miles and that was for 7 days. Yesterday I walked 6.62 miles in one day. It's good to go back to a routine. Well I want to be under 270 by the start of May. My birthday is May 7th and being in the 260's would be a great gift to myself. So 3 months for 24 lbs. I think I can do that in 3 months.
Today's walk;
7.7 miles

Lost so far: 42.0 lb.
Still to go: 24.0 lb.
Diet followed 100%.

It's always good to know how far you can push yourself, but be careful that it doesn't become a cushion for you to rest on. Make sure you look forward, now that you're back on track. :)
