I am up half a pound :( It's that TOM for me so I know that's the culprit because I have been following my diet and exercising all week. I'm gonna push myself to work out and make sure I stick to my eating plan.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

If its the TOM dont weigh yourself! lol It doesnt count! (Thats what I tell myself anyway.) Im sure its just water retention and by the end of the week you will be down loads. Happy dieting!

TOM sucks! But it sounds like you are doing great so hang in there and weigh after this week and see how you did!

Just think about if you keep up your exercise and diet while it's your TOM then things will be that much better when you weigh in!
