Camm's Journal, 05 December 2007

Yesterday was stressful. I had car trouble so I spent the day answering emails via blackberry and car shopping. I'm an emotional eater so of course I cheated. I went to Chic Fil a and had twelve nuggets with water and no fries. But today is a new day and I've gotten off to a good start. I got my workout in this morning and my diet is back on track. Still gotta meet that ten pound by December 22!

That's actually not too bad, I check the nutrition guide and 12 nuggets is only 400 calories, in the long run it still beats out McDonalds. Sorry about the car trouble, I know how that is!

Next time, if you're gonna cheat, take the breading off. That'll remove a good amount of calories. Good luck with the getting a new car. You can do it!

Try a grilled chicken salad or sandwich with water. Chic-fila also have fruit cups. There is nothing wrong with eating the nuggets either as long as it is not a regular thing. Just add alittle more exercise to account for the extra calories consumed. Also buy a book with a calorie counter so you will be able to make wise choices when eating out.

Could have been better..but could have been a lot worse. Just pick yourself up and move on! It ain't no thing! Good job on getting a workout in! I know you can do this.
