Have been really steady. The Beck program is really working for me.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1844 kcal Fat: 40.27g | Prot: 95.06g | Carb: 298.33g.   Breakfast: FRIENDSHIP LOW FAT POT CHSE, banana, scallion, 100%WW Sandwch Thins, skim plus milk, Coffee. Lunch: carrots shredded, scallion, egg, 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich thins, Onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, egg white, FRIENDSHIP LOW FAT POT CHSE. Dinner: olive oil, salad, kraft parma cheese, classico spaghetti sauce, whole wheat cappellini. Snacks/Other: wylers frozen wild blueberries, orange juice, banana, air popped. more...
