well i had a suprise this morning i got on the scale and i was down i was so full of happiness. i couldnt contain my self. so whats on the agenda for all my buddies here at fat secret me im going to watch what goes in and im going to try and excercise for 15 minutes since i havnt excercised in 6 weeks im going to start out completely slow love to all shelly.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It sure does feel good when the scale moves in the direction we want it to. In my opinion diets don't work, it's about making a lifestyle change. I have been so much healthier since going low carb, I even have fewer colds! Try adding walking to your daily routine. It's low impact and easy to do. I go to Curves 3 days a week and really enjoy it. Good luck! I know you can do it.
