Leftover salad. Planned a meal. Left food at lunch no bread.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1859 kcal Fat: 70.14g | Prot: 98.32g | Carb: 220.09g.   Breakfast: yellow curry veg soup, skim plus milk, Coffee. Lunch: roasted chicken, Light Mayonnaise, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onions, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: classico spaghetti sauce, kraft cheese, olive oil, salad, whole wheat cappellini, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: smart pop, apple. more...
