There are two types of walks I do. One is a calorie burning walk and the other is a fat burning walk. I'll describe each. The calorie burning walk is where I walk at a leisurely pace. That's when I walk with others. I do that with four different people that all have their different pace. I don't necessarily like that walk because it takes so long. Now the fat burning walk is a lot faster. It is where I listen to my music and walk at a faster pace. When I walk at the calorie burning pace I do not sweat. My heart rate doesn't get up fast enough for me to sweat. Now when I do the fat burning walk I sweat a lot. I sort of jog for a little bit and I breathe harder. When I get done with the walk I have to take a .25 mile cool down lap. I personally like the fat burning walk more.

Today's walk;

8.11 miles
293.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week
