THANK YOU EVERYONE ON THIS SITE--YOUR HELP HAS BEEN AMAZING.

Very unexpected--actually had Thanksgiving luncheon at work and although I didn't overeat by any means, I did have a roll w butter and some pumpkin pie(those of you who know me know that this is 'out there' for me :) Looks like I will be adding foods--slowly--so I don't get overly confident with my success.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled program :)

134.8, 35.6 body fat, musc mass 82.4, trace ketones (even after the roll), 45 min level 8 elliptical.

Breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, lunch turkey, veggies, roll w butter, half piece pumpkin pie w whipped cream, diet pepsi, coffee w cream. Dinner turkey, swiss cheese, sweet pickles, diet coke.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week

I would be smiling ear to ear if I wasn't feeling so crummy! But I will take the Woo Hoo!!! Funny, I don't at all feel like I have worked hard this time. I think a switch was turned on that carried me through.
