Ok I paid for my bad weekend. Not gona let it get me down. I am still doing good. Didn't lose this week, but didn't gain. Steppin this week up with more exercise.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
