Feeling bumbed today, since I'm an emotional eater it is hard for me on days like today. Gona make the best of it and try not to over do it. I like sweets when I'm bumbed, but I have to take control of myself. I can't let my tummy control me. Bumbed or not I need to still eat healthy. No more sweets today.
