I am retaining water again. Not as bad. I'm hoping after fi I will no longer be stress eating. I need to do better.

Still can't this water wieght off. Doesn't help I'm nervous and an emotional eater. I also forgot my healthy lunch at home and didn't make good chooses where I got lunch. Tomoorow will bw a better day. I will ty to salvage the rest of today also.

So upset about retaining SO much water. I will weigh in tomorrow. Trying to lose this water. I have worked hard and need to work a little harder at this. It is gona be all good. Just need to get this water off. Any ideas? Taking water pills and watching my sodium. I feel as if I poked my kankles with a pin then water would just flow like the hoover damn broke. lol

Feeling bumbed today, since I'm an emotional eater it is hard for me on days like today. Gona make the best of it and try not to over do it. I like sweets when I'm bumbed, but I have to take control of myself. I can't let my tummy control me. Bumbed or not I need to still eat healthy. No more sweets today.

Ok I paid for my bad weekend. Not gona let it get me down. I am still doing good. Didn't lose this week, but didn't gain. Steppin this week up with more exercise.
