I need to add more vegetables to my diet! A few pickles and cucumbers doesn't seem to be cutting it I guess. I will be more dedicated to drinking water more often throughout the day!
151.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
