Why am I staying at this weight!
112.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes you hit plateaus and it takes a while to get started down again. Stay with it and don't get frustrated.

You may not be eating enough to fuel your metabolism. If you diet calendar is right, you are all ready eating very little. If you try to cut more calories, you will be eating next to nothing. That is why it is best to not go below 1000 a day. Eating healthy and exercise is the only way to get it off and keep it off. Plus, staying the same for a week or two is normal. You have very little to lose, so it takes longer.
