gooooooooood thursday mornin....alittle warmer this morning..in the 30s...being back on track im already showing losses...just feels so good to be back in control of myslf an what goes in my mouth...well i had the control, but my mind wasnt listening...and now with the temptations outta the house...my mind is back on track and telling my body that its all in the past an time to get back at it once again...just a slip up...a learning experience ...forgive myslf an move onward an downward once again...its a never ending challenge....one that after each mini goal is achieved...you reset to the next one...one meal at a time...one day at a time...and now its time to fix breakfast, make the bed...an get this day started with a morning walk...have a great one...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
8. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
9. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF IS VERY IMPORTANT
284.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love this journal...I feel the same way...after tonight I can get back to eating the way I should...I already sampled the dressing last night so I won't have to have any tonight...Have a great walk buddy...

My temptations are gone too...Sorry to say, I ate most of them! I've been checking and see that most of us are struggling right now; our good intentions waylaid by this enormously tempting holiday season. Let's all be nice to ourselves, forgive ourselves, and be ready to start the new year going in the direction we want to go, which is, as you said, "downward". It's Downward Ho in 2012!
