Credit list: moved the food away from me at bookclub. Announced my diet so I would be less tempted to cheat in front of people. Was much more mindful of taste every bite.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
