I am tentative about recording a weigh in as it's the last week before xmas and I eat what I want to but I did the weigh in. On the days that I don't record a weigh in I am either staying the same or I have gone up in weight. I get back on track fast so there shouldn't be that much of a lull in the weigh ins.

The walking thing. . .

I am not sure if it's a race walking thing. I know I'm doing it wrong. With that said I was able to do 4 miles at that pace. I am able to do the mile in just over 13 minutes. My GPS says that's 4.4 and 4.5 mph. That's faster than yesterdays times. I sweat a lot so I am going to try and keep that up.

Today's walk;

7.29 miles
289.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

To me, it's important to record ALL changes in weight. It makes us able to go back later and see what happened when. It's good to see that you often have new low weigh-ins though. :) Well done.
