Day 4 - I'm down 2 lbs the first 4 days of my diet. I'm happy with that. Mostly because Friday was my cheat day and I had Pizza and two Mikes Hard Lemonades. I didn't gain any weight, instead I stayed the same weight. I hope I can keep losing .5 lbs a day. I'd be really happy with that.
Ate out twice today. We are helping our daughter paint and move into her new house. There's no time to cook, That's terrible for a diet. I guess the added exercise is good.
