Day 4 - I'm down 2 lbs the first 4 days of my diet. I'm happy with that. Mostly because Friday was my cheat day and I had Pizza and two Mikes Hard Lemonades. I didn't gain any weight, instead I stayed the same weight. I hope I can keep losing .5 lbs a day. I'd be really happy with that.
Ate out twice today. We are helping our daughter paint and move into her new house. There's no time to cook, That's terrible for a diet. I guess the added exercise is good.

Day 2 - Weighing in each day is an incentive. I lost weight, almost a full lb in one day. I didn't even feel like I was dieting. How much can I lose by tomorrow? I can challenge myself. :-)

Hello Journal.
I decided I need to get back in the saddle and start my diet again. I don't know how I fell off of it but here I am again almost 30 lbs over my ideal weight. So let's do this, Let's lose weight, Let's get back in shape and most important let's get healthy.
I got back on my old Wii and deleted my old profile so I could start over with no history of failure in the past. I logged back into Fat Secret and restarted my diet. It doesn't delete your old diet history but it gives you a fresh start. I'll take that.
I'm kinda doing my own diet. It's a mix between the South Beach diet (low carb) and weight watchers (point system). That way I can bank some points and cheat on Friday. But Only if I was good all week.
So, I'm recording everything I eat and drink, adding up the points and watching my Carb intake. How difficult can that be? Ask me in 90 day. <S>
