Yesterday's new low "stuck" so I'm logging it today :). It's weeks like this that I love the scale! I'm sure it will be a love-hate relationship soon enough! While getting dressed, I came across a pair of pants with the tag still on. They were a size smaller than my usual, not to mention they are a slim fit style. Needless to say, they didn't fit when I bought them. Well, guess what? Today they fit :)!!!

I took my final yesterday. I didn't do as well as I'd hoped (85), but I still have a solid A for the course so I'm happy. It was a very challenging course. I'm glad to have it behind me.

I'm feeling very positive about this week ahead. I have only one major thing to focus on at work (usually I have multiple conflicting priorities), I have a one-month break from school, and I'm getting healthier and slimmer each day. Life is very good!

Oh - and yesterday I did my usual 4.1 mile walking loop. A few weeks ago, it took me 1 hour 15 minutes to finish. Yesterday I finished in 1 hour and 3 minutes! Yay!
250.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
