I am so disappointed in myself with this weight gain. I truly believe that my body is not able to process carbs, even in small amounts. To maintain my weight, there can be NO carb intake! Need to get serious again with my food journal and exercise. No excuses, just do it!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Well if you don't eat many carbs, then eat carbs you will gain weight from the water with carbs not necessarily fat. Protein pushes water out of cells and carbs take in water. But it looks like you are trying to go low carb to lose, so good luck!
