Credit Journal: 1) Evening snacks keptin check. Made myself sit down for dinner. Didn't feel stuffed. Gave myself credit during the day. Made myself sit down to eat. Tried to slow down breakfast.
191.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
