Well, considering that I haven't been exercising and I've been eating horribly I am surprised that I only had a 1 lb. gain. So, now I just need to kick myself in the butt and get exercising again. I can do this, I know I can because I've done it before. I'm going to try to stay positive and keep my goals in mind, especially as it gets closer to the holidays.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
