Yes, this is definitely the wall. Going to hit the gym again tonight.

I've been noticing from my Diet Calendar that I don't have a lot of protein in my diet. Will have to work on incorporating more in.

Also, I'm going to be traveling for work over the next 6 weeks. That's going to present a real challenge!! Hope I can stick with the plan, but I'll be going out for dinner a lot!!!
142.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
