NO MORE MACADAMIA NUTS!! I exceeded my RDI by 300 calories today thanks to those darn macadamia nuts that my mother in law bought for us in Hawaii. Who knew those delightful little nuts that are so delicious also are about 30 to 40 calories EACH!! I recorded them and realized that just a handful of these were equal to a typical meal in calories!!! And they don't fill you up like other foods do. DOH!!! While they're yummy, and have nutrients, I'm going to have to consider avoiding them in the future...
