Yay! Got more protein into my diet today. I'm at 30% protein, which is more than what I was at the rest of the week. Hubby made me sirloin steak and egg whites for breakfast, and chicken with gnocchi and whole wheat pasta. So nice of him. I'm so lucky!!

Also went to the gym. Ran and did weights. After a month off, I think I'm slowly building back up my stamina. Going to sign up for a 10K that takes place in late March, and I think that will help me stay motivated to go to the gym.
