Made it! Four months ago losing 56lbs seemed like a pipedream, but with support from friends, family, this website, and my Windows Phone I was able to do it. I won’t dwell too long – need to look forward to the next goal – likely 220lbs.

Well done, my friend. I am MORE than proud to be an inspiration. Just don't forget that it's YOU doing it - and you're doing it well. Take a moment and look at your weight history - it's a straight line downwards. Very impressive. I'll be looking forward to following your next part of the journey.
