Up 0.3 pounds. I know this is practically nothing of a change, but I think this is the wall. Will either need to cut calories or work out more to lose the weight. We'll see though. It's still too early. For now, I will just keep doing what I'm doing with my diet and exercise routine.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
