Another half pound gone! Ever seen that infomercial with the Chinese guy talking about the colon cleanse that helps you lose 5-10 lbs? I'm really beginning to think that there's something to that! I've lost more than 5 lbs in the last 4 days, and I all I've been doing is eating less. There's no way that I'm losing that much in fat. It must be whatever stayed in my digestive system that my body is finally catching up on processing!! I think I will hit a wall soon and the real work will begin. I'm going to the gym tonight for the first time in a MONTH!! Pretty much skipped out on December with end of the year assignments at work, trying to graduate, and the holidays taking up all my time. The beautiful thing about a new year is all the hopeful optimism that comes with it!! :)

You may lose pounds when cleansing, but they come back on when you go back to eating regularly again. But it does help some people feel better. Your initial weight loss is mostly water.. If you exercise and eat healthy, you will lose weight. Good luck!
