Steady as she goes....the view is good up here on this plateau but I'll be glad to start moving down the other side. Until then, just keeping on doing what I am doing.

The good news is that I am making peace with this stall; the more I read, the more I see that our bodies sometimes need to catch up (particularly our liver). So, I am going to keep working out, keep eating on plan, and most of all, try to enjoy the journey and not allow the scale to rob my joy. I'm not going to keep tweaking my eating as that only confuses me (and my body) and I don't really know cause and effect anyway.

It is easy (when watching the scale) to lose sight of the success I have already had and the blessing of not being driven by sugar cravings. I am so thankful I have gotten this far!

194.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Faithful, you have such a wonderful attitude. I am also learning about the body having to adjust and don't mind staying the same for a while. That we stay on the plan and move toward our goal is what matters. Have a great day!

Stay the course, Faithful, your efforts will be rewarded by seeing the scale go in the right direction, which is down.
