Slightly disappointed, despite the 1.5lbs loss this week, because I'd been hoping to make up for the lack of loss last week - and I had been looking on track to do so. No idea what happened over the weekend to reverse the extra 1.5lbs! Oh well, I guess I'm still on track to reach 13 stones (182lbs) by the end of the month.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Excellent to keep focused ont he bigger goals. I see a lot of people on this site have ups and downs but eventually they get "way" down so just keep plugging away. Like the new pic!

Thank you both for your lovely comments! I am feeling much happier this evening after visiting a friend I only see every month or so this afternoon, who just raved about how great I looked! Just got to keep on track and try to do more exercise!! (My husband took the new pic on Sunday, and it's the first one for a couple of years that includes some portion of my body, but which I haven't immediately felt compelled to delete!)
