I didn't realise you could record a journal entry without weighing in too - woohoo! Anyway, just wanted to say that I got on the scales this morning and, lo and behold, I'm already a pound down since yesterday's slightly disappointing weigh-in, so hopefully it'll be a good one for next week!! Just one pound to go and stay off for a Monday morning weigh in until I officially reach 2 stones (28lbs) off and qualify for that next beauty treat! :D

Hi Lucybell- Congratulations on your progress! Maybe I should start talking in stone, I only need to lose one! I'm from the US and have a good friend from Britain, and she is always saying things like she weights 12 stone 2. Because nobody over here has any idea what she is talking about! Mary aka Pink63

Well done. I hate it when your "loss" peak is uncoordinated with the weigh in -- maddening! If you're obsessive like me you eat and wear the same thing for every weigh in for utmost consistency. For me, it helps! Cheers on your loss! (BTW, what if you need to lose a boulder??? <g>)

Oh yes - I always weigh myself first thing in my pyjamas, although I have tried without too just for comparison and noted that they weigh approx 1lb!! (LOL - I totally need to lose a boulder in total!!! That should be a new measure! What do you think: five stones in a boulder??) :)
