I've had a pulled hip flexor and quad pull and so have not been able to exercise. I am surprised I have lost at all but I have stuck with what I am supposed to do this week. It would be nice to keep up this rate and build a nice muscle base while I do it. Muscles weigh something though and it will make the loss slower. I have been asking my wife to measure all my rolls and take the regular measurements every other week. Next week that will happen. By then I should be able to get to the gym 2 or 3 times. As God wills it will be so. I just have to fight being lazy or just allowing everything to pull me away from what I have to do.
312.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 117.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

So happy that you had a loss and you did it without being able to exercise. Keep up the great work. I like that you are tracking your measurements also, another thing to celebrate, inches off.
