Don't tell me not to weigh myself every day. I am going to no matter what you say.

It is tough when the scale doesn't move for 5 days.
I always know that I am not exercising enough. Yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in 5 days. I cannot believe how much stronger I am! A little sore today on my chest and shoulders, but still, it is amazing.

I am afraid of the bread in phase 3. I feel like it holds on to the fat.

203.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

I had my husband hide my scale! I have no idea where it is!I was on it way too much when I started tmy plan.

Everyone has their own way of dealing with this...if you have to get on the scale everyday then you do, but it won't help when it doesn't move. You are doing so great, keep your chin up! No matter how much exercise you are doing, you are doing it and that is what matters! You can do this!

I need to avoid the scale for my sanity yet I am still drawn to it, ugh. You are doing a fantastic job, don't sweat it!

I have the same problem, I weigh myself everyday. I think it is a good thing to see where you are. You can keep a better eye on your progress.
