No weight loss this week - the first time in 3 months! :(

However, this isn't really surprising, as the wagon wheels were a little wobbly this week...

Took my husband out for his birthday on Wednesday at our favourite Italian restaurant - and my good intentions fell away the moment I sat down with the menu.

Then, my husband went away for a Stag weekend, and although I stuck to it all day, things went to pot in the evenings. Then, he returned home starving and I gave in to our first delivered pizza in 3 months!!

Still, if I only do this every 3 months, I shouldn't do too much harm. Back on track from today!
185.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
